Welcome to Tilahn. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from Tilahn, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.
1. PRIVACY POLICY & DATA PROTECTION
1.1 Compliance with UAE, EU (GDPR), and US (CCPA) Laws

We collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, billing/shipping address, and payment details for order fulfillment, transaction processing, and marketing (with your consent).
- Data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary for legal or business purposes.
- You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data.
- If you are in California, you can opt out of the sale of personal data per CCPA regulations.
- We do not sell personal data to third parties.

2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that colors or textures appear exactly as displayed on your device. Product details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and process payment. We may:

4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Secure credit/debit card payments.
- Taxes & Duties: UAE orders are subject to VAT. International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes and custom fee, payable by the recipient.
- Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel any order affected by incorrect pricing due to system errors.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times:
- UAE: 3-5 business days
- International: 5-10 business days (excluding customs delays)
5.1 Shipping Terms
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Any customs delays, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Orders lost in transit will be handled per our courier’s terms, and we may offer replacements at our discretion.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return unused, unworn items in original packaging within 14 days (as per UAE Consumer Protection Law). Returns for custom-made items (e.g., Tilahn Élyséenne Collection) are not accepted.
6.1 Return Process
- Contact customersupport@tilahn.com to initiate a return.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
7. COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARK
All content, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Tilahn and protected under UAE, US, and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
8. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Tilahn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.
In jurisdictions where such limitations are prohibited, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for your order.
9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Dubai under the DIAC (Dubai International Arbitration Centre)
For customers in the EU and UK, you may access online dispute resolution through the European Commission’s ODR Platform.
For data privacy (CCPA) disputes: The governing law is California, USA, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
For US customers, contractual, refund, and e-commerce disputes: The governing law is Delaware, USA, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
Tilahn is not liable for delays due to acts of God, pandemics, government regulations, labor strikes, cyber-attacks, or supply chain disruptions. If affected, we will resume operations as soon as possible.
11. UPDATES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
