You may return unused, unworn items in original packaging within 14 days (as per UAE Consumer Protection Law). Returns for custom-made items (e.g., Tilahn Élyséenne Collection) are not accepted.

   We accept returns of unused and unworn Ready-To-Wear pieces in their original packaging within 14 days. For further information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
   
   
2. Élyséenne Collection
   Returns are not applicable for designs under the Tilahn Élyséenne collections, as each piece is exclusively crafted for you. For further information, please see our Terms and Conditions.

Return Process

• Contact customersupport@tilahn.com to initiate a return.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
